HOMEABOUT US
ACUR is a personal and professional growth movement built on a simple belief: you don't have to become someone else to reach your next level. Sometimes, you need to quiet the noise, question what you've learned, and find your way back to yours.
Through experiences, community, conversations, Voices, and collaborations, ACUR helps people gain clarity, recognize the patterns holding them back, and move forward with greater intention in life and business.
ASSESS. CALM. UNDO. REPLANT.™ A simple framework for looking honestly at where you are, creating space from the noise, questioning what no longer serves you, and choosing what you want to carry forward.
How Acur Started

Jasmine Paredes is an entrepreneur, mother, wife, author, and founder of ACUR™.
Her journey from growing up with limited resources to building successful businesses taught her how powerful ambition can be—
but also how easily survival, achievement, and identity can become intertwined.
She first created The Woman Express, a community centered on connection and growth, without fully understanding why she felt called to create those spaces.
Her own experience of slowing down, questioning old patterns, and redefining success became the foundation for ACUR.
Today, she's building ACUR as something bigger than herself: a movement where people can connect, share ideas, experience meaningful conversations, and create greater success personally and professionally—without losing themselves along the way.
THIS IS BIGGER THAN ONE PERSON.
ACUR is being built by the people who experience it, bring their voices to it, collaborate with it, and carry its ideas into their own lives and communities.
There's a place for you here.

Karl is an entrepreneur, husband, father, and Co-Founder of ACUR™.
Raised by his grandparents after being born to a young mother, Karl was taught early that life was about service—showing up, helping others, and doing what was expected of him. But somewhere between serving everyone else, navigating unhealthy relationships, and being encouraged to follow a traditional path, his own voice became harder to hear.
Music gave him an outlet. When his dream of radio didn’t happen the way he imagined, Karl chose his own direction, pivoting from DJing into entrepreneurship.
His journey has become less about proving what he can build and more about learning to trust himself, set boundaries, and define success on his own terms.
That journey is part of what he brings to ACUR: the belief that sometimes finding your next level starts with learning to hear your own voice again.
